Phoenix Biomedical Services is an independent service company dedicated to its customers needs.  Our AAMI certified CBET service technicians are ready to serve you either on-site or at our repair facility located in Greenwood Indiana.  Our 24 hour on-call service is also available for any emergency repairs.

 


 

Equipment Services

Preventive maintenance is performed by a trained service technician in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and ECRI based criteria.  Our preventive maintenance programs are developed around the customers needs.

 

Repair service is provided either on-site or at our repair facility during normal business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  In the event of an emergency, our on-call repair service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

Electrical safety inspections are completed to insure that your medical equipment complies with the recommended AAMI (Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) and NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) electrical safety standards.

 

Incoming Inspections are performed prior to equipment being used for patient care to ensure safety and performance standards.

Asset management is the way Phoenix Biomedical tracks our customers complete equipment inventory and its work history.

 

Device alerts and recalls are continually monitored by Phoenix Biomedical staff.  We immediately inform our customers that a piece of their equipment has an alert or recall and take appropriate action.

 

Replacement recommendations for new equipment purchases are provided at our customers request.

 

Failure trending is tracked and noted for future repairs.  Repeated failures are address and corrected.
